Emergenza Round 2

This show was GREAT!!! The crowd was incredible and very very vocal! This was definitely a cool show to play. We won and advanced to round 3. The next show will be in June at 12 Galaxies again. Rehearsing

Well we haven't been recording much as a band over the past week because we are focusing on rehearsing for the show on April 22nd in SF. Although we know the songs that we are going to play for the show inside and out it never hurts to make them even tighter. Plus it's always fun to turn up the amps and play as a band together in a room, not some big rehearsal room mind you but the downstairs of my condo (yeah I have cool neighbors). So after the show we will get back into record more and commence finishing the album.

Marketable???

We've had people tell us that playing instrumental rock isn't marketable. Marketable? Since when do we give a shit about whether or not it's marketable? We play instrumental rock because we love it. Not because we want to be the next American Idol bullshit!!! I am so sick and tired of fucking labels!!! Since when do we have to play what other people think we should? We have NEVER been that kind of a band and we NEVER will! We do this because we love it and you know what? Apparently so do alot of other people. We get emails from people all the time from all over the world telling us how much they enjoy our music and what we do and for the fact that we have the balls and the integrity to not sell out and to play what we feel. Take your marketability and shove it up your ass!!! Save that shit for the sell outs!!!
