Album Artwork Done!

I've finished all the artwork for the new album. Used QuarkXpress to lay it all out. It looks awesome if I must say so myself. Elegant and classy yet still has that dark feel to it.

Bass is done!

Mike has finished recording all the bass tracks for the new cd. He nailed them! Only thing left now is melodies and solos.

Rhythm Guitars and Drums FINISHED!!!

We spent all day in the studio today and finished all the rhythms for the new album. Some melodies and a couple of harmonies were finished as well. Mike laid down 3 brutal bass tracks and crushed it! The whole cd is being recorded at Trident Studios by Juan Urteaga. Juan's work with Exodus is what attracted me to his studio. We were looking for someone that wouldn't approach this album as an instrumental album but from the view point of being able to record heavy guitars and make them absolutely SLAM!!! He is definitely doing just that!

Steve laid down all the drums for the cd in a day. I have NEVER been in the studio with a drummer that was able to nail the songs so perfectly, so quickly. The guy was like a machine. The drums sound like cannons!

I can guarantee you that when this cd is finished it will be one of the most in-your-face, crushing instrumental cds EVER!

Drums are Finished!!!

We've been at Trident Studios for the last 2 days and Steve has finished all the tracking for the drums. They are INCREDIBLE!!! He was like a machine! Nailed all the songs and they sound HUGE!!!

Zack came in and finished rhythm guitar on two tracks and I finished rhythm on one song. This album is going to be CRUSHING!!!!!
